The Hope + Help Project podcast offers compassionate biblical conversations about life's challenging problems. The purpose of the podcast is to share Christ-centered comfort and clarity for those seeking biblical solutions for the struggles they face. The podcast accomplishes this by offering a mix of interviews with seasoned biblical counseling professionals and ministry leaders on a variety of topics. Listeners can expect to receive biblical wisdom as well as practical steps for facing suffering, struggling and sin with courage and grace. Hosted by author/writer Christine M. Chappell.
Who Listens to This Show?
My average listener considers themselves a Christian. They are looking for biblical hope and help for how to address a particular problem in their life, or in the life of their loved one. They are not ready to settle for the answers the world has to offer. My listener is looking for a compassionate voice that will speak God's truth in love, while directing them to take courage and trust God for their future—for a friendly voice who has traveled the lonely road of painful brokenness while being carried along by Heaven's comforts. In short, my listener yearns for Christ's hope and help to face the challenges of today while learning to trust in God for their tomorrow.

Christine Chappell is the author of Clean Home, Messy Heart,  is the host of The Hope + Help Project podcast, and is a guest contributor at Desiring God. She writes frequently about depression, motherhood, and counseling topics at her blog, has completed biblical counseling certificates with the Institute for Biblical Counseling & Discipleship, and is currently pursuing certification with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
